Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in any of the Silva Method Atlanta LLC and/or Amy Schneider's ("Promoter") Events or Seminars -Online or In Person. For the purposes of this site, and since registrants may register for only one event at a time, all events and seminars will be referred to from here forward in the singular tense as simply the “Seminar.” By registering for the Seminar at any one of our locations (“Hotel” and/or “Zoom”), you (the “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of, and obligation to, these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Seminar.
Events, Information, and Speaker Changes
The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.
Attendee Conduct
Promoter requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks at any location. The promoter reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the conference room and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future products, services, or correspondence from the Promoter. Attendee Conduct
Promoter (Silva Method Atlanta and/or Amy Schneider) requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. The Promoter reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the event, conference room and/or Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future products, services, or correspondence from the Promoter. Attendees will also not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.
Non-Solicitation Waiver
Silva Method Seminars whether in person or online are places where like-minded individuals gather to learn strategies that will help to enrich their own lives and those of others. Silva Method Seminars are a place for learning such strategies in an environment of mutual trust. We take this very seriously, as such, we do not allow for direct marketing to our participants in any Promoter program either through our email, Facebook groups, phone calls, websites, or mailing lists. We encourage all participants who attend our seminars to introduce themselves. However, we do not allow regular advertising or solicitation of business to other attendees by attendees during our events, in person, by email or on a social media group and reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this policy. Sharing news of a local free lecture or event of another organization or community activity or event is generally fine but approaching another participant about your business’s sales/specials, your events, coaching or services requiring a fee, or “free talks” which promote a for profit business, will result in participants being warned and then removed from our in person and online communities. One of the great things about our community is forming meaningful relationships and friendships with like-minded individuals and the advice, suggestions, and resources we all share with one another. This is a beautiful thing. Keeping it simple: Using any Promoter or any of its Assigns groups, seminars, email, social media groups, or meetings as a way to complete coaching hours or use as a marketing tool to promote your for-profit business is solicitation and Attendee agrees to not solicit in any way as defined by the above. If Attendee solicits or coaches at any in person or online Promoter event, the attendee will be asked to leave immediately and will not be allowed to return.
Liability Waiver
While we take every possible measure to ensure Attendee safety at the Seminar, we can not control everything.
For this reason, Attendee is legally responsible for their safety and behavior and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following statements:
I, the willing Attendee of the Seminar, hereby accept all risk to my health and of my injury or death that may result from participating in the Seminar and I hereby release Promoter, and their officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors, and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at the Seminar, whether caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its governing board, officers, employees, or representatives, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promoter, and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Seminar. Under no circumstances will Promoter or their assigns be held liability for my injury or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Seminar. Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of an accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Seminar, I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify the Promoter verbally and in writing, if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Seminar in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Promoter is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper me from fully and healthfully participating in the Seminar that I will notify the Promoter and that the Promoter retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of or the entirety of the Seminar.
I understand that there is or has been a COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, including the area in and around the event space for Promoter's events. Despite the pandemic and the related risks associated with it, I desire to attend Silva Method Atlanta, live and in person events for which I am registering. The waiver, release and other representations and covenants set forth herein are given in consideration for Promoter permitting me and/or my child to become registrants of Promoter.

I, the attendee, understand that by attending an event hosted by Promoter, I am agreeing to the strict attendance policy and cancellation policy. Even though I may have attended the event in the past, If I am unable to attend the entire length of time each day and the entire four days (consecutive or over two weekends) for any reason, I will not register. If any graduate reviewer misses any part of the event or is continuously late, they will be asked to leave. This is out of respect for the attendees of the entire event. Great investment in time and money is made by attendees and by the promoter to ensure smooth, enjoyable, and non-disruptive learning environment and it is the goal of the promoter to keep it as such. If an emergency or other such event arises where I am not able to attend, I agree to immediately advise the Promoter.
Acceptance of Risk; Release; indemnification:
I am fully aware that there are a number of risks associated with me and/or my child or ward entering onto any event where third party event space is being utilized for Promoter events during the COVID19 pandemic, including without limitation the risk that myself, my child or ward or our visitors could contract COVID-19 or other diseases which could result in a serious medical condition requiring medical treatment in a hospital or could possibly lead to death. I also agree to not travel to or attend Promoter events sick or ill and if I become ill any time before or during a Promoter event, I will contact Promoter immediately to cancel my registration. In the event of a cancellation by the undersigned attendee or cancellation by Promoter due to any unforeseen illness or risk associated with COVID-19 the attendee’s registration will be transferred over to the next scheduled seminar in the same location and/or will work with Promoter to come to a registration resolution.
Liability Travel Disclaimer
I acknowledge and I agree that I am financially responsible for all of my travel and travel expenses including travel insurance to and from the Promoter events and seminars. I acknowledge that I am fully financially responsible for any of these travel expenses incurred as a result of any cancellations and unforeseen and emergency events that would cause either my travel or the Promoter event to be cancelled. I also acknowledge that travel insurance exists for this reason.
Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice

Cancellation Policy:
Once Attendee registers for the Seminar, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses, and loss of business.
Given this fact, cancellations and refunds are only accepted within the lesser of 10 days following registration or 60 days before the event.
- Cancellations within this period will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- Cancellations outside this period wil result in NO REFUND.
- For the avoidance of doubt, cancelations and refunds are not allowed within 60 days of the event under any circumstance.
If you cannot attend after this period, we will transfer your registration to a future equivalent Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina event at our discretion.
To request a cancellation or transfer, email us at amy@silvamethodatlanta.com.
Again, this is due to the extremely limited seating for an event of this nature. If you are unsure of whether or not you can attend the event, do not register.
Note: The reason we have a cancellation policy like this is that each Seminar has limited seating and when an Attendee cancels we have to manage the administration challenges as well as gear up the marketing machine to fill the spot. That’s why we do not allow cancellations and refunds within the lesser of 10 days following registration or 10 days before the event.
It really does cost us substantial time and resources to process and refund a payment, to refund the promoter or affiliate from which the Attendee signed up, to communicate all this with Amy Schneider and Silva Method Atlanta and the Attendee and the promoter and the event planner for the Seminar, and to gear up the marketing machine to fill spots, which includes craft marketing messages, creating emails, postcards, mailings, involving Amy's time, etc. Given the number of our Attendees, it’s important for us to maintain this policy. This is our only method to ensure that serious participant’s signup and that we do not lose business on empty seats. Attendees can request cancellations or to attend a future event via the correspondence information below.
To request a cancellation or transfer, email us at amy@silvamethodatlanta.com.

If Attendees are not satisfied at the conclusion of the event and after having attended the entire event, and they notify us in the manner described herein, we will refund their tuition to the Seminar.
Attendees who are not satisfied with the Seminar MUST, at the immediate conclusion of the Seminar and BEFORE leaving the classroom, verbally notify one of our staff members of their dissatisfaction. Unsatisfied Attendees must also turn in all of their course materials, handouts, manuals, as well as their personal notes taken from the seminar. In some cases Unsatisfied Attendee may be asked to submit a letter explaining their reasons for dissatisfaction. Any reimbursements will be made within 30 days of the event and will not be made until all materials, handouts, personal notes and both manuals are returned. There will be a $100 service fee applied to all refunds. Any statements of dissatisfaction or requests for refunds received after 24 hours of the event will not qualify for this guarantee. Note: A guarantee represents a promise about the quality of services delivered; if an attendee never experienced the services (i.e. never attends the Seminar or skips or is absent from parts of the seminar), the guarantee obviously does not apply.
